REMINDER: DON'T MISS OUT ON THE AI PRIMER

CBV Institute recently released a practice resource, Primer on Artificial Intelligence – Essential considerations for CBVs on the responsible use of AI. This primer covers the use of AI systems that are well-established in financial and litigation services (e.g., predictive AI such as e-discovery software) as well as the newer generative AI applications (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini).

BV CHALLENGE REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN

CBV Institute is pleased to announce that registration for BV Challenge 2024 will remain OPEN until October 13, 2024. BV Challenge 2024 will take place on November 6 & 7, 2024.

The first-place team will be awarded $10,000. Second and third place will receive $5,000 and $2,500, respectively. CBV Institute will accept 30 teams into the competition; a maximum of two teams per university can compete.

All participants will have the opportunity to attend a training session on October 23, 2024 to learn the basics of business valuation that can then be applied to the case study.
