CBV Institute is governed by a Board of Directors in concert with an experienced Institute Management team.

The Board consists of up to 15 Directors and includes individuals from outside the profession. Six Directors are elected regionally, with the remaining positions elected “at large” by the whole membership.

Board Directors are generally elected to a term of three years. Directors may only serve a maximum of two terms concurrently.

CBV Institute governs the professional conduct of CBVs and Students. All CBVs are registered Members of CBV Institute. Students are qualified for membership in CBV Institute, which includes successful completion of the CBV Program of Studies.
