In these challenging times, we at the Institute are mindful of the anxieties that may be felt by CBVs and Students adapting to the new normal. It is normal to feel anxious and afraid as we continue to deal with effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. While this situation is stressful for all, people living with mental illness may be finding it especially difficult to cope. Remember: no matter where you are or what you’re going through, you don’t have to go through it alone. To that end, we are sharing these available resources for mental health and well-being which can lend support to you or to someone you know.
