The Institute is currently looking for a CBV to assume the position of course instructor for the CICBV’s Corporate Finance elective course, for the term beginning in January 2018.

Topics covered by the Corporate Finance course include the following:

• Business Planning and Financial Modeling
• Financing Capacity and Deal Structuring Considerations
• Debt as a Source of Financing
• Negotiating Debt Products
• Equity, Joint Venture, Project, and Royalty Financing

Prior (and current) practical experience with the above subject matter is required. Prior experience in instruction or teaching is an asset, but is not required.
