CBV Institute recognizes that a diversity of people, backgrounds, and ideas enhances creativity and performance while creating value. We are committed to promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion (ED&I) in the business valuation profession. Our goal is to foster the growth and participation of a diverse community across our network, and help ensure the profession reflects the communities it serves.
We put this commitment into action through dedicated initiatives, an advisory Working Group, and ongoing measurement of our progress.
Our initiatives
The Prosper Scholarship supports Indigenous representation in the profession, covering the full cost of the CBV program for an Indigenous individual each year. Learn more and apply on the Prosper Scholarship page.
The Mentorship Program connects CBVs and Registered Students to support career development and build a more inclusive professional community. See the Mentorship Program page.
