The Emerging Leaders in Valuation program is an inclusive series of networking events for the next generation of CBV leaders. It’s run by the profession, for the profession. The program is a gathering place for the CBV community to foster future leadership. Events in markets across Canada are geared to CBVs and Registered Students under 40, though all CBVs are welcome.
Emerging Leaders in Valuation is championed by CBV Institute and driven by volunteers, led by a dedicated Organizing Committee of CBVs who are early achievers in their valuation careers.

Zen Valuations
I joined the Young Professionals in Valuation committee early in my career because I wanted to become involved in the profession beyond the technical work of individual engagements. It gave me the opportunity to connect with other young professionals, learn from experienced CBVs, and develop a broader understanding of what it means to contribute to a profession.
My advice to young CBVs and students would be to get involved early. The profession can offer you much more than a designation or a career path as it can give you a community, a broader perspective and opportunities to contribute that may only become apparent later in your career.
