CBV Institute is pleased to welcome new members to the Board of Directors and to introduce the incoming Executive Committee for the 2026–2027 term.

“It is a privilege to welcome Ian and Mark to CBV Institute’s Board of Directors. They both bring a unique perspective and a deep commitment to the profession, and I have no doubt their contributions will help shape a strong and forward-looking future for the Institute. I look forward to working alongside them in the years ahead.”

CBV Institute is also pleased to announce the 2026–2027 Executive Committee, including Susie Foley, as Chair; Mike Devonshire as Vice-Chair; and Prem Lobo as Secretary/Treasurer. Chris Polson, who served as Board Chair for the past two years, will continue to support the Board in his role as Past Chair.

CBV Institute also takes this opportunity to express sincere and heartfelt appreciation to the Directors whose Board service has concluded. Their dedication, expertise, and steady guidance have left a lasting mark on the Institute and the profession it serves.

Their contributions have been instrumental in advancing the Institute’s strategic vision and in supporting the continued growth and excellence of the CBV profession from coast to coast.
Separately, CBV Institute also wishes to honour the memory of Amanda Vella, who was also completing her term as a director. Amanda brought dedication, warmth, and professionalism to her role, and her contributions to CBV Institute and the business valuation profession are remembered with deep gratitude and respect.

“I want to extend sincere thanks to Kevin and Dennis for their outstanding commitment to the Institute and the profession. I also want to recognize Chris Polson for his two years of dedicated leadership as Board Chair, and I look forward to working with him in his role as Past Chair. Finally, it is with great sadness that I want to acknowledge the passing of Amanda Vella. Amanda was a kind, thoughtful member of our Board, and a tireless ambassador for the CBV profession. Her service to CBV Institute and the CBV profession will be remembered with appreciation.”
