SEEKING CBV INTERVIEWS FOR MASTER'S RESEARCH

CBV Institute was recently contacted by a Master's student from ENOES, an accounting school in Paris, who is conducting academic research on the valuation of holding companies. As France does not have a business valuation credential (such as the CBV), the student is interested in learning about the perspective of specialists outside of France.

The study focuses on how CBVs choose valuation methods and criteria, particularly for holding companies. The student is seeking to interview CBVs to gain insights and enhance the quality of the dissertation. Interested CBVs can participate in flexible online interviews, conducted in English or French, and lasting up to one hour. Should the participant prefer, interviews can also be conducted anonymously. This is a valuable opportunity to share expertise and contribute to academic research in business valuation.

Interested parties should reach out to kevin.floether@cbvinstitute.com.
