Join the BC Workshop Committee as they welcome Grant Wallace, Managing Director, CIBC Mid-Market Investment Banking, as he takes participants through an M&A market update focused on private company transactions in Canada.  He will review the trends he has been seeing in CIBC’s transactions including valuation levels, leverage multiples, and an overview of the types of buyers and sellers.  Grant will also discuss the effects that COVID-19, and related lockdowns and travel restrictions, has had on transaction activity and deal terms.
