Early Bird Registration (register by September 5, 2014) $ 950 (+13% HST) = $ 1,073.50
Regular Registration (after September 5, 2014) $ 1,050 (+ 13% HST) = $ 1,186.50

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Before July 1, 2014 – 60% refund
  • After July 1, 2014 – no refund will be given however substitution of person to this conference will be permitted.  Refunds will not be applied to future conferences.
  • Conference fee includes online access to conference presentations, breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks each day of the Conference.
  • The CICBV will post all presentations on the Institute’s website approximately 1 week before the conference.  Access is only available to delegates who registered for the conference.
