Our team is engaged as independent professionals to provide an objective view of the value-oriented issue at hand. We frequently provide written reports for use in trials, mediation and negotiation.

We are a boutique firm, with an actively involved Partner group that fosters an entrepreneurial environment.

  • Preparing expert reports on issues such as:
    • Income determination pursuant to the Federal Child Support Guidelines
    • Damages and loss quantification

A successful applicant in the Senior Associate role will typically be tasked with discrete deliverables whereas a Principal would expect to manage files “from cradle to grave”, reviewing information, identifying issues, seeking input from the Partner and moving forward the analysis and report writing.

Regardless of the role, a successful applicant can expect to be supported by the Engagement Partner throughout each file.
