MANAGER/SENIOR MANAGER FINANCIAL DUE DILIGENCE
Transaction Advisory Services (“TAS”) is the Corporate Finance practice for BDO located in Toronto. TAS focuses on M&A, Divestitures, Sourcing Capital and Distressed M&A. Demand for Due Diligence expertise is increasing and we have an immediate opening for an experienced Financial Due Diligence professional at a Management level who has aspirations to develop a practice and grow within the firm. Because of the nature of our practice, we expect that this individual be a very hands-on practitioner. We are seeking:
- CA with CBV, CFA or MBA preferred
- 3 to 5 years post CA designation corporate finance or similar experience
- Minimum 3 year focus on Financial Due Diligence
- Additional experience in other corporate finance areas a plus
- Experience with transaction in the $10 million to $50 million range
- Ability to work independently and help grow the practice
- Strong leadership potential
- Cross Border experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid analytical and interpretive skills
- Dedicated team player that can work well within an integrated corporate finance practice
- Willingness to travel
