Responsibilities
- Serve as a recognized reference person for all complex matters relating to your field of expertise;
- Oversee and actively participate in complex or large-scale assignments and projects according to budgets and deadlines;
- Supervise the quality of reports and deliverables and ensure that RCGT’s quality standards are applied;
- Advise clients on complex business issues;
- Demonstrate the ability to integrate various expertise to meet client needs; present and explain mandate conclusions to clients;
- Manage conflictual situations, should they arise, as well as assignment-related risks;
- Apply administrative standards in compliance with current policies and procedures;
- Delegate and identify the appropriate resources according to abilities, skills, availability and tools required for the assignment;
- Coordinate the work of employees appointed to your assignments;
- Ensure that the team’s profile and structure are in line with RCGT’s evolving needs;
- Maintain sustained, stable and long-lasting relationships with clients and serve as a business partner;
- Seek out new business opportunities and present RCGT’s services at various forums;
- Develop business development strategies and a specific action plan to meet personal and sector objectives while closely following the market;
- Help establish strategic guidelines and develop new consulting services in your field of expertise;
- Ensure that clients are satisfied with work and reports.
- Undergraduate degree in Accountancy;
- Graduate diploma in Administration (M.Sc. or MBA) (considered an asset);
- Professional accounting designation (CPA);
- Professional designation of CA-IFA, CBV or CFE (considered assets);
- For the Manager position: five years of relevant experience in accountancy, including three years’ experience in forensic accounting (litigation support or investigations);
- For the Senior Manager position: eight years of relevant experience in accountancy, including three years’ experience in forensic accounting (litigation support or investigations);
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Accountancy;
