We are looking for someone who:
- Is a certified business valuator.
- Is a member in good standing of the Institute of Valuation Experts.
- Has some experience in business valuation, corporate financing and/or mergers and acquisitions.
In this role you may be called upon to:
- Produce value assessment reports in the context of financing, acquisition/disposal, taxation, etc.
- Present and explain the prepared evaluations to concerned parties.
- Analyze all facets of situations and propose appraisal and consulting service solutions.
- Showcase businesses and actively negotiate in share or asset transactions.
