Students who have successfully passed or been exempted from all required courses of the Program of Studies are exempt from the Annual Student Fee and will maintain an active Registered Student status for up to 2 years. Fee resumes in the subsequent year (January) upon passing the MQE exam or after 2 years if the MQE hasn’t been attempted. If membership is approved in February of the year following the MQE exam, the Annual Student Fee charged in January is reimbursed, and the Membership fee is applied. If a student does not apply for membership immediately after passing the MQE, the Annual Student Fee will continue to be charged at the start of each year. Students have up to 3 years upon passing the MQE exam to apply for the CBV membership.
