Have you had your say on the Institute’s new Valuation Practice Standards (PS 100, 110, 120 and 130)?  The Institute is proposing significant revisions to the Valuation Standards, and re-defining Calculation, Estimate and Comprehensive Valuation Conclusions. The new standards raise the bar on work required for Calculation Valuation conclusions, ​include more guidance on certain areas of the valuation process, increase the quality of all valuations, ​align closer with IVS, and modernize and future-proof.

With the Exposure Draft comment period deadline quickly approaching on April 30, CBV Institute is providing the opportunity to join a roundtable of members to get feedback and input directly from YOU on the proposed new standards.
