Michael Sileika is MNP’s National Lead Partner for Valuation and Litigation Support Services. With over 25 years of experience, he specializes in valuations for mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, economic loss quantification, fairness opinions, and financial reporting. Michael established MNP’s Valuations practice in BC in 2010, growing it into a 14-member team, and became the national lead in 2019, driving expansion across Canada. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and earned his CPA and CBV designations in 1999 and 2002, respectively. He has also served on several nonprofit boards and committees, including the CICBV Congress organizing committee.
