Patrice is a partner at EY, specializing in valuation, litigation, and financial modeling. For nearly 25 years, he has dedicated a major part of his time to advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, business valuation, financial analysis, and quantification of financial damages. In January 2010, he was transferred to PwC’s New York offices for nearly three years, where he led several projects for American and international clientele in the field of large-scale international valuation and transactions. He regularly works with legal professionals and advises companies on valuation and strategy during transactions.
Patrice has been involved in, or has overseen the production of, over sixty valuation reports and financial damages quantification reports each year for the last 25 years. He has also carried out numerous mandates and prepared reports on damage quantification or share valuation in litigation or shareholder disputes.
In addition to a Bachelor of Commerce with specializations in accounting and finance, Patrice holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designations as well as the American certification of Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA).
