Mike is the Chief Financial Officer of Petwin Bancorp Inc. (“Petwin”) based in Calgary. Petwin has real estate and private equity investments across Western Canada and the Western US. In his role, Mike provides financial oversight across all investments, in addition to sourcing and executing on new investment opportunities and financing matters. Prior to this, Mike has a partner a national accounting firm, focused on providing financial advisory, litigation support, transaction advisory, forensic accounting, and loss quantification services to a wide variety of clients.
A lifelong Calgarian and a third-generation accountant, he strongly believes in giving back to both his profession and his community. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Norfolk Housing, and previously was on the Board of Governors of the Lindsay Park Sports Society and was a founding director of BodyWhys Youth Canada, a charitable organization focused on youth eating disorders.
