CBV Institute is pleased to announce that members and students now have complimentary access to the Discount for Lack of Marketability (DLOM) Calculator, developed by Dr. Ashok Abbott, Associate Professor of Finance at West Virginia University.
Dr. Abbott’s DLOM Calculator uses Margrabe Exchange Options (MEO) models and draws on over 36 million daily records for U.S. publicly traded securities from 2005–2024.

Notice on data collection: No demographic data is collected. Only the calculation inputs (Market value, Block size, SIC code, Year-Month of valuation) are logged to identify areas of usage.
