Clearhouse Valuations (CV) is the valuation unit of Clearhouse LLP, which is a young, innovative, growing and reputable mid-size firm in the West GTA. The firm is located on the Mississauga and Etobicoke border at 2560 Matheson Blvd E in Mississauga.

Clearhouse LLP (CH) comprises of 50 people and offers services in Assurance, Advisory, Tax and Valuations.

CV provides valuation services for tax and estate planning, family law matters, shareholder disputes, mergers and acquisitions, damages quantification, personal injury, business interruption, etc. CV operates out of the firm’s main office in Mississauga in addition to a downtown Toronto office close to union station.

CV is looking for a CBV Senior Manager (salary of $130k to $160k) with at least 3-5 years of post-designation experience with litigation files, in addition to a CBV Senior Associate (salary of $90k to $120k) with at least 1-3 years of post-designation experience.


Help develop our Valuations and Damages Quantification practice through providing high level quality product, and having a passion for continuous improvement.

The Senior Manager will help grow the practice by leveraging an existing referral and legal network, and continuing to look for ways to increase your existing network.

Navigate through complex litigation files involving shareholder and matrimonial disputes, and breach of contracts.

Training current and future junior staff, as well as develop financial models in excel.


  • The Senior Manager will have a CBV designation and 3-5 years of post-designation experience, whereas the Senior Associate will have 1-3 years of post-designation experience
  • CPA designation required
  • Advanced financial modeling skills, with a passion for continuous improvement and efficiency
  • Experience with litigation files is required, in particular files that have gone to trial (in-court experience not required)
  • Strong business development skills
  • Desire for a change from the big firm busy life to a more empowered position at a boutique firm with an opportunity for partnership

Limited overtime hours, and absolutely no weekends. Unlimited vacation time if work is up-to-date and being completed on time.

No micromanaging and relaxed time entry requirements.

In addition, will work closely with the Managing Partner, Rim Grewal, to hone business development skills.

Lastly, if successfully employed after one-year, a partnership opportunity will be presented involving vesting stock options.
